I recently got my breast-implants removed, and just went with a breast lift, and my breasts are extremely uneven to the point where it's noticeable, can this be fixed?
Answer: Asymmetry Yes the asymmetry can be improved, however further surgery is needed to correct it. It appears from your photos that one breast is sitting lower than the other. See your surgeon to discuss your concerns and learn more about your options.

Answer: Breast Lift Hello, my name is Dr Igor Burko and I am a plastic surgeon at SY Aesthetics in NYC. No two breasts are ever identical and exactly the same. However, if you are bothered by the appearance of your breasts, you can have a revision to correct the issues that bother you. I recommend you consult with a trained plastic surgeon to discuss your expectations and options.

Answer: Uneven breast lift Dear jazz1122, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Breast Lifts After Implant Removal Although a removal and lift can be combined during the same procedure, I recommend to patients that they first remove the implants and let the breasts completely heal before embarking on a breast lift. This approach establishes the true new baseline to then plan for a lift. It also shows the surgeon and the patient the differences between the right and left breast. Some of these asymmetries can be fully corrected and some cannot be fully corrected. In other words, desires, expectations, and realistic outcomes can be better communicated. But even if the procedures are separated as mentioned above, there still can be significant differences between the left and right breast depending on your anatomy and the surgical technique. With all that said, you may have some surgical options to improve upon your outcome but have your surgeon help guide you. You don't want to get into a situation where more surgery leads to new problems.
