Is this something that can be corrected with simple skin removal? (Photos)

If you want that revised you would need additional scars or lengthening of the vertical scar you have to tighten the skin in the lower breast. So there would be a trade off. Improve the shape for more scars.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You do have some excess tissue, skin and maybe breast, on the side profile of one breasts. More tissue can be removed through the vertical incision which may correct the problem. Otherwise, the lift internally can be redone. I would try the in office procedure first.

While it is a weird result, it is correctable with a revision mastopexy. It appears to be either excess skin, or may be an out pouching of the capsule and implant. Either way, it is fixable.
