Implants under the muscle - Is this animation deformity? Does it need a revision? (Photos)

Does animation deformity warrant a revision or is it just a normal part of having implants placed under the muscle? I'm attaching photos to show what my breasts look like when flexed. Breasts move further towards armpits & the bottom shape distorts.
