8 months post op - are my implants bottoming out? (Photos)

Dazzling805788
2 kids. 1 20lbs 5’2 was an a cup got300 and 315cc motiva implants. I am 8 months post op. I feel like my breasts dropped too much? I have zero cleavage/fullness at the top while the bottom feels big and heavy. My scars have also moved up it seems like. On top of that, I woke up in the middle of the night with my right breast in pain. Feels like a deep muscular kind of pain around the implant so now I’m worries about capsule contraction. It is Saturday so I will wait until Monday morning to call my dr but would like to get other’s opinions or good questions I should ask my surgeon. In all fairness I wanted very natural breasts but I do wish I had just a bit more upper pole fullness and they didn’t sit as low on my torso.. when I sleep on my back, they move to the sides and it is not a comfortable feeling.. strong pulling sensation. I’m feeling discouraged and like I just shouldn’t have done the procedure.. now I’m out a ton of $ plus idk how much a revision would be. Would love any feedback you can provide.. Additionally should I have gotten high Profile or extra filled to get a bit of fullness? I think the ones I got are Ergo Demi
