Two stage lift and implant revision - is the original incision from the lift opened or is a new one made?

Hello, If a breast implant revision with lift is done in two stages, how is the implant placed in stage two? Is one of the incisions from the lift reopened, or is a new incision made? If the lift incision is reopened when it's only 3-6 months healed would that cause it to look much worse? Thank you

The implant is rotating within the pocket. This is can be due to several reasons: 1) Over-dissection of the implant pocket 2) Placement of too small of an implant 3) Placement of anatomic ("tear drop shape") implant 4) Capsular contracture (this would create more immobile distortion though)

Based on your series supposed to photos, it’s hard to believe the symmetry occurred in a few minutes a few days best to see pre-op photos and do a virtual consultation to discuss. Most likely revision is needed, and the details of that would be in discussed in the virtual consultation.
