Doing an exchange but not sure a lift is needed or not? (Photos)

I currently have Natrelle textured 300cc, low profile, UTM. They are 13 years old, and I know the Natrelle textured was recalled, so I’m getting these removed. I had a consultation with my original surgeon and he said I had the option of an anchor lift or not. He recommended 400-445cc, ultra high profile, UTM.… depending on what fits best. My measurements from the sternal notch to my nipple was about 23cm and 23.5cm on the other. I really don’t want the scars that come along with the lift, so if I can get away with not doing it.. I’d prefer it!

Dear Terrific.
   Your pictures are a little confusing. It seems that the middle one is your current condition and the other 2 are your goal ? In any event, it appears that you have moderate ptosis (droopiness) , so you need a lift procedure in order to give you a youthful and attractive breasts. The anchor lift is not necessary in your case and a mini lift (donut lift) will be sufficient to achieve your goal without vertical and horizontal  scars
    Always consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly , check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice cleavage, nice projection, nice scars and have a natural look.
