90 min for a fleur de lis? (Photo)

Dynamic811770
I was scheduled for a fleur de Lis. My chart said it would take about 4 hours but my doctor did it in 90 min. I was scheduled at 5pm, but he was so busy I wasn’t called back until 10pm. I feared a tired overworked surgeon would cut me up so late . Now I’m botched . Does this sound normal for a plastic surgeon to be working on patients so late ?
