I understand your concern. Not every surgery is the same, some surgeries last longer, and others will be finished earlier. Also, the surgeon's skill level is another important factor. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Surgeons are individuals and all have different levels of comfort regarding how many hours they may want or choose to work in a day. I personally would not want to start an elective surgery at 10 PM but I do know other surgeons who feel perfectly happy working very long hours. Regarding your outcome, it is not possible to assess this in the absence of preoperative photographs, but I wouldn't consider this as "botched."

Results from your fleur de lis as well as your breasts are quite poor and you will need a revision of both. I would not start an elective case at 10pm.

You actually have a very good result. It is not surprising that there is still some loose skin on the hips. I don’t think the time consideration was a factor at all

We surgeons work when we gain time in the OR, and sometimes it is very early or even late. With just 90 minutes, I suspect another surgeon or First Assist assisted your surgeon to do this in 90 minutes. Please discuss any concerns you have with your surgeon.

I'm sorry to hear you felt rushed during your surgery. Your medical records will have accurate start and stop times for your surgery. Based on your photos it appears you would benefit from a revision to improve your results. Further skin excision can be done as well as scar revision. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.

Actual surgery time is sometimes only a fraction of the time scheduled for surgery.
To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure, we generally need to see proper before and after pictures.
It looks like your scars have significant hypertrophy and hyperpigmentation.
The bellybutton looks slightly large, but overall your result is probably fairly typical for a massive weight loss patients.
