I had the tummy tuck in 2016 with muscle repair. I developed a stubborn seroma so I had to wear the drainage tube the for a few weeks. The seroma issue was resolved but I have a painful fibrous lump at the drainage tube site. I've had an ultrasound and a CT scan and they've conclude that I have internal scarring from the surgery. The incision has healed very nicely. How can I get dissolve the dime size painful lump on my right side where the drainage tube was inserted?
