Based on your photos the liposuction component would be far less than 5 Liters with is generally accepted as the upper limit. It would be fine to combine the TT and liposuction of those areas.

Your surgeon can decide if adding one more area of liposuction is a good idea. This depends upon the speed of your surgeon and if another will be assisting him/her in closing the tuck. However, you probably can add this.

Based on your photos it may be okay to add liposuction of the inner thighs when you have your other procedures performed. Your health history will need to be factored in before a final decision is made. Your surgeon will advise you during your consultation if it is safe for you to combine them all.
