Looking to do TT with MR and 360 Lipo. Do you think it’s too much (to also add in inner though lipo? Will consult with a board certified surgeon. But wanted to have a better vague idea I chat with them about when I do go ahead and consult. 5’5 formerly athletic, one c section, 110#, 45 yo

Based on your photos the liposuction component would be far less than 5 Liters with is generally accepted as the upper limit.  It would be fine to combine the TT and liposuction of those areas.

A tummy tuck with muscle repair and limited 360 liposuction can be combined safely in selected healthy patients, but adding inner thigh liposuction increases operative time, fluid shifts, swelling, and recovery demands. In your photos, you appear lean with relatively localized abdominal laxity/contour concerns, so the key issue may be how much liposuction is actually needed rather than whether every area can be treated at once.

At 5'5" and 110 lb, aggressive liposuction may not be appropriate. A board-certified plastic surgeon should examine your skin laxity, muscle separation, thigh tissue quality, and medical risk factors before deciding. If the inner thigh work is small and conservative, it may be reasonable; if it would add significant time or large-volume liposuction, staging it can be safer and may give a smoother recovery.

Getting a tummy tuck Should be fine.
I question if Liposuction is indicated.
Delivering consistent quality. Liposuction results is more difficult than most people realize.
Inner thigh liposuction is technically difficult and the procedure often does not deliver results. Consistent with what the patients had hoped for.
If done poorly Liposuction can leave people disfigured with contour and regularities that border on deformation.
 Before scheduling Liposuction surgery make absolutely sure you’re in the hands of somebody who is mastered this procedure.
The majority of plastic surgeons tend to not be all that good at Liposuction.
I don’t mean to offend people, but there is an awful large discrepancy between those to do Liposuction well and those who just think of it as a simplistic procedure.
Poorly done Liposuction can truly be one of the worst decisions anyone can make.
 to find the right provider for procedures like Liposuction I generally recommend patients have multiple in person consultation.
During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients who had similar body characteristics to your own.
An experience provider should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients.
In fact, highly experienced surgeons should have hundreds or preferably thousands of before, and after pictures to choose from.
Being shown a handful of pre-selected images, representing only the best results of a providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of each provider, what your results are likely to look like, or how many of these procedures any One surgeon has actually done.
There’s no correct number of consultations needed to find the right provider.
Considering how much variation there is a liposuction skill, I recommend patient consider having at least five consultations before scheduling permanent irreversible operations that can potentially leave people disfigured.
Getting liposuction done in conjunction with a tummy tuck, requires assessing providers skills for both liposuction and tummy tuck results.
 Make sure you carefully to vet providers for both liposuction and tummy tuck skills.
Judge tummy tuck results based on who gets the most natural looking bellybutton with a very low set scar that follows anatomic contours naturally and evenly on both sides.
