I went to 2 consultations & they were very different. I want a sharper looking narrow tip. 1 said I only need tip work & he'd just add septal cartilage to my nose tip to strengthen & sharpen it, & would also narrow my tip & nostrils. Liked the sound of just a tipplasty, but is that too good to be true? 2 said lower the dorsum & narrow the whole nose + nostrils, add cartilage grafts to make my nose sharper and lift the tip just a tad (which I'm worried would make my long philtrum show more).
