Hello and thank you for providing images along with your question. While a rhinoplasty will help accentuate your facial features, it cannot directly impact the way you smile. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can evaluate your face (your concern with your smile may be a dental issue too), recommend the best procedure/s, and ensure the best possible outcome. Possible treatment options may include lip fillers or a lip lift, which will increase the red (mucosal) show of the upper lip while shortening the distance from the bottom of the nose to the upper lip. The procedure also increases tooth show when you smile.
Will a rhinoplasty improve your smile? If a person has a long nose with a plunging tip, the tip will cover part of the upper lip particularly when smiling. A Rhinoplasty can elevate the tip so that the entire upper lip shows even when smiling. However the rhinoplasty will not cause more tooth show during a smile. In fact in rare cases after a rhinoplasty there may be slightly less tooth show.
Hello and thanks for the question and photographs. Rhinoplasty or Tipplasty operation doesn't have any affect to the teeth the way that you mentioned. Instead of the rhinoplasty, Lip lift operation can solve your concerns regarding your smile. I strongly suggest you to have and in-person consultation with a board certified surgeon.

Hi and welcome to our forum! Sensory alteration of the nose is not uncommon after rhinoplasty. The nose is innervated by multiple nerves. Inadvertent and unavoidable injury to one or more of these nerves may occur, resulting in a degree of sensory loss. It is usually transient, but occasionally...
