Want my same nose but smaller - is this possible? (photos)

I'm researching the type of procedure(s) I'd need in order to get the result I want. See, I'm not looking for a drastic change of shape but my idea is that I want - kind of - the same nose but smaller, less large “horizontally”. I like the way my nose look from the side, so I was wondering if it would be necessary to make my nose taller in order to make it smaller from the front? It is important, however, that you are able to continue to breathe and that your nose continues to have adequate structure.
