Want my same nose but smaller - is this possible? (photos)

I'm researching the type of procedure(s) I'd need in order to get the result I want. See, I'm not looking for a drastic change of shape but my idea is that I want - kind of - the same nose but smaller, less large “horizontally”. I like the way my nose look from the side, so I was wondering if it would be necessary to make my nose taller in order to make it smaller from the front?
