1.5 years post revision rhinoplasty - How could I fix the lateral crus of my lower lateral cartilage on my left side?

I don't see an issue with your left lateral crus, to me it looks like the issue is with the right lateral crus (in the photo its on the left side of your face, but it's actually the right side of your face).
This is called cephalic malposition. It can be fixed in a variety of ways. Repositioning, division, lateral crural strut grafts, etc, etc.
Your nasal pyramid is off to the left as well causing relative deficiency of your right mid vault which accentuates the bulge of your right lateral crus, making it more noticeable. I would straighten your nasal bones, mid vault, and then reposition your lateral crus to improve your nasal appearance.
