While it is too early to confirm the final volume of your breasts, your photos suggest that you have reduced appropriately for your goals. This suggests that Victoria's Secret may have mismeasured you either before or after your second surgery. However, it would be appropriate to wait until 6 months post op before questioning your size.

I do not recommend measuring anything until at least 6 months because the tissues need to relax around the implant.

I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.You will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.

If your only criteria is bra cups, then we are all doomed. Especially with Victoria Secrets, a company that invented upsizing their bra sizing system. Even with too-close-to-the-lens self photography, which create a host of visual illusions, your breast appears appropriately smaller for a reduction of implant size of 33%.

At size 32, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you went from 355 cc implants to 235 cc implants then you should go down 1 cup size. Victoria Secrets measurements are not exact. Also, you are only 7 1/2 weeks post op so it there may still be some swelling.

First, you only posted a side view with your arm elevated. A frontal view with both arms at your sides would be very helpful. Second, Victoria Secret has their own sizing system and everyone is sized up in cup size compared to many other brands. The bottom line is, are you happy with your current size?

Your pictures seem consistent with downsizing your implants as described.
I usually do not engage in conversation in regards to plastic surgery results regarding inches, pounds for clothing size. That is not how we judge plastic surgery outcomes.Your implant size was reduced by about 1/3 and that’s consistent in your picture.
Is this just about size or are you concerned about the appearance?It seems your IMF(infra mammary fold) has been lowered a bit.
Don’t judge outcome by using vs bra sizing.
