If I go from mid profile to high profile, do I need to increase my ccs to get the same appearance?

A high profile breast implant has a smaller diameter (width) and more projection than a moderate profile breast implant of the same volume. A high profile breast implant will have a larger volume than a moderate profile breast implant of the same diameter (width). Proper implant selection requires an examination to match the implant with your body structure and breast tissue characteristics. Hope your revision goes well. 

 In the scenario you described, it is nearly guaranteed that an implant that continues to match your width will have more volume in it in order to achieve more projection. I wouldn't say that you "need" to go up in volume, however, it will be a natural consequence of the change. The best way to assess this change is to see your current implant side-by-side with the one you're considering.  I have a method that I used to help my patients who are undergoing an implant exchange to simplify the visualization.
