I live in Mexico and get different advise to whether the vampire facelift PRP would work for me, My concern at the one place is that it is done by nurses! some say that my blood is not good enough because of my thyroid condition, surely my blood should be tested to give such an assumption!!! Others say many people with thyroid conditions go for it and after the second treatment you see real result, my skin in neck and hands are thin! What could you advise me!
Answer: Vampire Facelift Thank you for your question. There is no reason why your would not be a good candidate because of your thyroid condition. Once your levels are optimized, not just within normal range, you can get maximal effects from this procedure. As long as you don't expect surgical results and are combining a good skin care regimen and healthy lifestyle otherwise and avoiding excessive sun exposure with good sun protection in Mexico you should get satisfactory results. Providers for this procedure should be licensed and certified so you can trust they are performing up to the standards and guidelines set forth.

Answer: PRP Facelift When PRP is injected into the face, it can provide a beautiful, natural-looking volume restoration. As you mentioned, a series of 2 or 3 treatments is usually needed for best results. There is no reason that a person with low thyroid levels cannot get PRP, although if your hypothyroidism is not being treated, your results may not be as good as if it is being managed. There are many nurse injectors who are excellent. Hopefully, you can check her reviews. I would suggest that you only use a nurse injector if she has a physician supervisor who is on site or, at the very least, within close proximity. While serious problems with PRP injections are rare, it is important to have a physician close by if and when they occur.
