Distorted nostril and philtrum after lip lift. What can be done to fix this?

Hello all, Recently,I had second lip lift as the results of the first one were dissatisfying (stretched and ugly scar). After second bullhorn, my philtrum is no longer alligned with nostril septum, it is moved slightly to the left and it is bothering me a lot. Please, let me know what I can do to fix that. Any advice would mean a world to me, as my doctors say they did not moved center of philtrum, while I know it is moved.
