I hate the way my upper lip pulls/rests. It shadows my teeth and doesnt look right, but when I push up under my nose, it looks normal and my teeth show. I had a rhinoplasty to fix a break in my nose but I think I'll have to have it revised. I had hoped it would help with this but it's almost worse. My upper lip is on the short side though, so would I even be a candidate for a lip lift? And would I have to wait a long time after the revision to get it done? I can't stand my face...

The base of your nose is too wide and needs to be narrowed. The tip needs more projection. At the same time, a lip lift can be performed.
