I am looking for recommendations on which procedures to get to make me look more feminine. A lip lift and rhinoplasty is something I am considering on getting. I also feel that my face is asymmetrical and my chin is broad. I am 29 y/o, 5'0, african american female.

The base of your nose is too wide and needs to be narrowed.  The tip needs more projection.  At the same time, a lip lift can be performed.

A lip lift and rhinoplasty can potentially feminize the face by creating a more refined, delicate appearance of the lips and nose and could, in good hands, benefit you. I would recommend an OOS lip lift, which is an ameliorated version of the traditional lip lift (a procedure I invented).

Additionally, if you feel that your chin is too broad or masculinizing, a chin reduction or reshaping procedure may also be an option to consider.
