Hello, I posted about 6 months ago and was told it’s best to show before and after photos when posting here. As you can see, post-op, my right implant is sitting higher and my nipple is sitting lower. This was my smaller breast originally, so the implant is slightly larger (385cc on L/ 415 cc on the R). My surgeon suggested opening the right side and releasing the implant. My concern is paying another 4500k and not getting the results I’m expecting. Just feeling unhappy :(

If your capsules are thin, there is no need for removal, especially if you are going with larger implants. Your own tissue will stretch and thin more and the capsules do give some support. I am not a fan of large heavy implants because they will stretch and thin your own tissue and will sag....
I do not suggest going larger because your frame and tissue will probably not support that weight over time. Larger implants just stretch and thin your own tissue and sag down. also, you are a risk for bottoming out will drops the implant and you have no upper breast fullness.
Even with larger implants, you will still have and gap because that is your anatomy. I do not suggest going larger because they may be too large and heavy for your frame and tissue. You could have the lateral pockets tightened some which will help.
