Breast implant revision - will it cause more trauma if the capsules are removed?

Hi dr’s , wanted to ask I had two previous breast implant revisions no capsule work just simple replacement 330 cc to 450 cc , kinda disappointed I want bigger boobs prob 550/600 cc’s dr said it fits my breast but doesn’t want to remove capsules with implant as it’s my third revision he said it will cause more trauma if it’s removed is it true? Has Anyone Had A Patient done 3/4/5 breast implant revision for size change and didn’t remove their capsules If it’s been 10 years having first implant?

I do not suggest going larger because your frame and tissue will probably not support that weight over time. Larger implants just stretch and thin your own tissue and sag down. also, you are a risk for bottoming out will drops the implant and you have no upper breast fullness.
Even with larger implants, you will still have and gap because that is your anatomy. I do not suggest going larger because they may be too large and heavy for your frame and tissue. You could have the lateral pockets tightened some which will help.
