Thanks for sharing.  Based on these views you would be an ideal candidate for a chin implant. It is not just your lips making you need one.  Chin augmentation would give you a more balanced profile.  Talk with a few experienced surgeons to review your candidacy. This procedure can be performed with local anesthesia under oral sedation.

Definitely weak chin, based on your photos. Chin augmentation with implant or sliding genioplasty would be your best option. Nothing else to add to your profile.You should consult a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss your options. Good luck.

Actually I believe it's your jaw and not the chin that is small. If you do braces and jaw surgery, profile would be nicely improved. 

Hi ThereThanks for the question.  I would need to see your frontal view as well, but based on this I would have to say you do have a weak chin.  You would benefit from chin augmentation either via an implant, genioplasty, or even long lasting fillers like Voluma if you were looking for something non surgical and non permanent.  One thing to keep in mind is that a chin augmentation will likely deepen your mental crease which is the groove or crease between your lower lip and chin.  Yours is already somewhat deep so this is something to keep in mind.  Good Luck

  Hi, from the photo yor chin is weak.  A weak chin creates an imbalance making the nose look larger and the midface appear top heavy.  Chin augmentation, with a chin implant, will add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face.  I have found placement of a silastic chin implant through a small, curved incision, under the chin, to be very safe, quick and highly effective.  Hope this helps.  

The chin is definitely weak and the lower lip hangs out because there is no support from the chin. A chin implant would be the way to go. Is should correct the chin prominence and the hanging lower lip.

From your profile photos, I believe that the main issue is the size of the chin/mandible.  Your lips appear normal relative to your other facial features.  Options for increasing the size/projection of the chin can include jaw surgery to advance the mandible, a chin implant, or injectable fillers.  Each option has its relative advantages and disadvantages.  Seek out a board certified plastic surgeon.  Once you have been examined, your surgeon will be able to help you decided if one of these options is right for you.  Best wishes, Dr. Lepore.

Based on your pictures, a chin implant is a relatively simple and quick fix for your problem. It is permanent and readily reversible.
