I'm going in for my second nose surgery because after my first one, the bridge of my nose grew a sharper boney hump. I had steroid injections and in office rasping after the first one and my doctor and I agreed getting a second surgery. I'm just wondering if there's any extra stuff that I can do to help keep the bone from growing back again.
