Under eye filler gave me dimples near nose. Is this normal? (Photo)

This is a filler placement issue.   You can place more filler in the dimple area and on the outside cheek corner and this should help.  You will need to go to an experienced cosmetic surgeon to correct this; otherwise, it can look worse.

fillers ALWAYS respond to hyaluronidase.  Most people need much more than they are given, sometimes 100s of units per side of eyes for 3-5 treatments.  IF there is still swelling after that then RF treatments are needed to improve the lymphatic flow of that area and antibiotics are needed to decrease internal inflammation.   Eventually this will burn out as the filler subsides.  you can start treatments such as LED, RF treatments like Venus legacy/inmode fractora then to help it resolve.  It may take time.  And its often not a consequence of the technique used or the physician its just an internal reaction to the filler from that individual person and can't be predicted who this will happen to.  but you can reverse the filler at anytime. Best, Dr. Emer.

You do not mention if this is noticeable with the face at rest. Ideally artificial fillers and transferred fat should be blended to the surrounding areas. To do this the area treated should be monitored at rest and in animation during the injection process.
