Can frontal bossing be fixed with fillers? (Photo)

Question

I’m a 22 year old and quite sure that I have frontal bossing. However, since the top of my forehead is round and it just seems like the middle stripe of my forehead is depressed, is that something that can be fixed with a fat transfer or fillers?

Frontal bossing depression filled with fat or fillers? This is normal and something that does not look abnormal. If you must do this use a Reversable filler and not fat!

This can be improved with either fillers or fat grafting. It is an area where I use cannulas deep along the periostium. I use Defyne mixed with lidocaine to distribute a bit more smoothly. This is either caused by fat loss in the forehead or frontal bone abnormality.

Fillers or Transfer Fat, which is much longer lasting, can be used to blend frontal bossing into the surrounding forehead.

Hello and thank you for your question. If you would like to fill the indentation in your forehead and have a smooth profile then fillers such as dermal fillers or fat are an option. I strongly recommend that you see an experienced physician such as a plastic surgeon who is well aware of the facial anatomy in this area.
