I'm in my 20s and have always been unsatisfied with my jawline but I'm not sure what the issue is. I would like a sharper, more masculine jawline. I'm particularly bothered by the way I look from the side. I plan on getting a surgical consultation but would like an idea of what I want done first. Any suggestions?

Answer: Jaw Your problem is that you do not have a well defined posterior jaw angle. Males ideally have a square jaw, with a prominent angle. This can be recreated quite easily with fillers, but would require annual treatment. Fat transfer can also be considered for this area, which will last longer.

This usually will last 9 month to one year and can be easily repeated. Doing permanent procedures such a chin implant before you know if you are happy with the change is appearance is best put off until after you have seen the affect of the filler.
