Poor growth, no real density, or is this a failed FUE transplant? After 3100 graphs. (Photos)

After 3100 graphs. Transplant done 04/16. Was an Artas proceedure.. Was an Artas proceedure. Not sure what happened. Followed post op instructions to the T. Very dissapointed with results too thin. Doctor offered a reduced price for second transplant but not sure if I should do it since first wasnt a real succes. Please please advise.
