I had two sessions of smart lipo on my full stomach . I would highly recommend! It’s amazing ! Very little down time if any at all! I was also so uncomfortable with my stomach but now, I don’t have to be ! I have 3 csections at terribly and just felt and looked disgusting! I love my new look.
I had a great experience with my Smartlipo. I had my full abdomen done and around 6 liters were to be taken out(4 containers filled on actual day). I was awake and the pain wasn’t too bad. All of the staff are really nice and they talked to me and played music throughout the entire procedure. Nurse Suzanne is the most amazing nurse! She comforted me through everything, made sure I ate something and helped me get dressed afterwards. She also walked me to my rides car. She (as well as the other staff) checked on me to see how I was doing afterwards and she also does my lymphatic massages which are really helping me heal. They also prescribed me Phentermine to help assist with more weight loss. I’m already down 10 pounds since the procedure and I’m just glad that it’s already made such a huge difference in my appearance.
I had my procedure done at flawless image. I started at 12 and was finish by 6. I was suppose to get my upper lowers abs, my flanks and back done. But it was quite painful. Because they can only give you medicine for your height and weight mines rain out quick. I started to feel tender quicker. I even stopped for a minute. But the Dr. Din and nurse Katie were great. I'm second day post op and haven't really seen my stomach because of the garments but he removed a gallon just from my abs. I will be going back to finish my side's and back. I will keep you updated. I had an excellent experience with Dr Phillip Din. I've been considering Smart Lipo for 2 years, but have not found a doctor I've been comfortable with until meeting Dr Din. He was excited about the results he could offer me w Smart Lipo. I'm beyond ecstatic with my new look. Dr Din and his staff were professional, easy to work with and caring during and after my procedure. The recoup time was very short, I went to work after 1 day. I will certainly be back to see Dr Din again, I would highly recommend him for Smart Lipo and would be open to the other services he offers and would consider me a candidate for.
WOW!! Down to earth, caring, super informative...even telling me why the procedure I wanted (thought I needed) would not be the best for me and why! I felt very confident about having a procedure done. Professional is an understatement!! Thank you Dr Phil!!
Terrible service and communication. Never spoke with the doctor once, despite multiple phone calls and detailed messages left by phone, text, and in person and placing follow-up calls the next day or two after my initial messages. I experienced an issue and despite telling multiple nurses and discussing at my appointment in person and in messages, the nurses never knew and I would have to re-explain myself and re-answer questions to be told they would talk to the doctor & never follow up again. I was suggested by multiple nurses medications I cannot take due to a clear contraindication and was even told “You’re a nurse so YOU should have known” when I asked about going under anesthesia and was told by the nurse it was fine, only to have the surgery cancelled day of due to the medication.
To obtain the maximum 32% reduction in fat that Ultrashape can achieve, 3 treatments are required. The protocol calls for at least 2 weeks apart, but probably can be lengthened slightly but should not be shortened.
I would persue the coolsculpting first and wait at least 6 months after your liposuction to see if any irregularities smooth out. Coolsculpting will definitely bring volume down to areas that you feel were left behind. This would be a more cost effective approach then going right back to liposuction again. We offer patients a touchup at 6months with Smartlipo at our practice for any locations that may need a slight reduction or smoothing for the cost of fibers etc. Perhaps your Vaser physician will allow this as well at 6months?
The hair growth at 4 months does need additional time before it can be properly evaluated as a failure or success. If this was your hair growth at 8 months, then I would be worried. You should wait 4 more months and then really consider your options. 2nd or 3rd opinion is always a good idea. If you had 3100 grafts transplanted with ARTAS, then your donor area maybe be depleted if more harvesting is done and a transplant at this point may have to be a STRIP procedure at this point unfortunately.
All PRP is not equal. I'm not sure if they are using a double spin protocol for PRP and also, there are multiple other factors involved in order to concentrate platelets in plasma. If the concentration is not greater than 5 times the normal level in your plasma, it is considered platelet poor plasma. I would look at other causes of hair thinning first and then try PRP last at a reputable location in India that has before after results of their patients.
Fat transfer can definitely be done with smart LIPO. We remove the fat for transfer without using the laser first. After the fat transfer portion is completed, then we laser the area of fat and finish up the smart LIPO procedure like usual. Downtime for SmartLipo is shorter than traditional LIPO and usually after a few days you are back to work and compression garments for ~4 weeks are your only hinderance thereafter. The cost will be more because Gluteal Fat Transfer has increased risk and is opening a new region of tissue during surgery. There have been several fat embolism reported recently and I don't think Fat Transfers would ever be attempted without increased cost because of the risk unfortunately.
