I just finished accutane after being on it for 6 months and I want to get lip fillers, however, I know a lot of doctors recommend you wait a month after or even six months after stopping accutane for any cosmetic procedures, but I've only read up on that for procedures like rhinoplasty. Would it be the same about of time of wait time for lip fillers?

I suggest you go back in to be seen. This likely is just bruising and subdermal needle marks but you could have vascular compromise that needs topical nitroglycerine and oral aspirin. Oral arnika forte can help speed up healing. Best, Dr. Emer.
I have found that stimulants do affect fillers and make them dissolve quicker (the HA type fillers) just like my patients who exercise and diet who lose fillers more quickly. Best, Dr. Emer.
