I've dissolved multiple times and still have a bump from Juvederm. Will it ever go away? (Photo)

This may be scar tissue and would need steroid/5FU injection.  you may have a facial tract where the filler is migrating through.  Id suggest speaking to a expert injector.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Modest hyaluronic acid products will dissolve within a 1 to 1 1/2 years after the injection.  It is in fact dissolved by our body's own hyaluronidase.  Although additional injections may be of benefit, it is more unlikely 3 years later.  Treatment with an injectable steroid and 5 florouracil will likely be more beneficial.  Rarely, but possibly, excision of the lesion may be required.  It is always important to verify that you were injected with an HA  based  product

Long lasting (more than a year) bumps after fillers like Juvederm are not likely to resolve with hyaluronidase.  It is more likely a granuloma nodule and needs to be treated with repeated steroid injections or excision.  It never hurts to try the hyaluronidase first, but fixed nodules are thankfully rare.

HA fillers such as Juvederm Ultra do not last more than 1 year. It's hard to tell where the bump is from your photos. You can do some laser on top to heat and restructure the filler, but again this should have been done right after injection (about a week in my opinion). Vitrase; when injected superficially into the area will dissolve the HA instantly. I'm not sure I would inject anymore hyluronidase , if you had it injected before and it wasn't dissolved , it may be scar tissue .   You may need a kenalog injection which is a steroid , that would soften and flatten it.
