Hi I had a rhinoplasty over ten years ago and it didn’t turn out quite as I had hoped. One side of my nose is great but the other side has a cartlidge bump which you can also see from the front. It also looks like I have a little ball on the top of my nose. I really don’t want to have a revision as it is costly and I am scared it’ll get worse. I am considering maybe filler but I know that is temporary. Not sure what I should do. Appreciate the help!

As you said there are some imperfections (mostly on the tip) and the nasal bridge looks wide as well. The best way to achieve your expectation is to get a revision rhinoplasty. I can understand that you have some fear about a revision surgery, but believe me if you get it done with an experienced doctor who has done many revision cases you will be happy with the result. The post-op would be very similar to your first rhinoplasty surgery. Anyway I don't recommend filler or any temporary procedure since there are high risks.Best regards!
