10 months post revision rhino& 9 months post nose tip trauma. Surgeon says nasal bones are fine where they are. Can a touch up operation successfully improve the bottom 2/3rds of my specific nose

Hello! Thank you for your question.From the photos you provided it looks like your nasal bridge is deviated on the bottom. A revision rhinoplasty would fix the deviation (but you will probably need rib cartilage reconstruction). Without a full consultation it is hard to say for sure if cartilage is needed or not.Best regards!
