I had revision rhinoplasty a few years back. Wasn’t happy with the shape or size so my next step was dermal filler. Now it’s absorbed and distorted my face leaving my face very unattractive. I’m super depressed with it. It impacts on my life a lot. What are my next steps ?

It's always possible to have small asymmetries after rhinoplasty. You should wait another 6 months for any more swelling to go down and if it's only a small depression, a filler can easily be used to smooth things. Be sure to discuss this with your surgeon.
