What to do next? Not happy with size & shape after revision rhinoplasty (Photos)

I had revision rhinoplasty a few years back. Wasn’t happy with the shape or size so my next step was dermal filler. Now it’s absorbed and distorted my face leaving my face very unattractive. I’m super depressed with it. It impacts on my life a lot. What are my next steps ?

However if you feel a firm bump on the tip of your nose, it is likely cartilage after rhinoplasty surgery. If this is the only concern about your nose, Consider re-asking your question with better photos to demonstrate the concern. Thank you. Dr Joseph

It's always possible to have small asymmetries after rhinoplasty. You should wait another 6 months for any more swelling to go down and if it's only a small depression, a filler can easily be used to smooth things. Be sure to discuss this with your surgeon.

Since the white area is circular and almost like a little bubble, a small Cyst, possibly related to a dissolvable suture, it's more likely than exposed cartilage. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph
