Hello! Thank you for your question.From what I can see from the photos your nasal bridge looks too wide compared to your nostrils. It also looks like the tip is more droopy to the left side. The small bump you are referring to is what cause you a droopy tip. I recommend you a revision to give a slimmer and more elegant nose.Best regards!

In general, there are only 3 things that could be present in the nose. Skin/subcutaneous tissue, cartilage, and mucosa. Bumps such as the one that you see can be the result of cartilage that may have changed shape following rhinoplasty, which is not uncommon due to the forces that the scarring places on the cartilage. It could also be a small skin cyst. Only an in person exam will be able to tell what it truly is. Make sure to use a board certified plastic surgeon or facial plastic surgeon to ensure that your surgeon is properly trained and you are receiving the best care.
