In my opinion, your face doesn't look that narrow. Despite this, if you decide to pursue changing the shape of your face, these are the following things to consider.
To widen your face and create better balance with your midface and philtrum, several procedures can help. Zygoma (cheekbone) augmentation—either surgical or with fillers—can increase midface width. Fat grafting to the lateral cheeks and temples is another natural option that offers permanent results. If your lower face is narrow, masseter enhancement with fillers or Botox might also be beneficial. For the philtrum, a subnasal lip lift can shorten the distance between your nose and upper lip, improving overall facial harmony. Combining these procedures can significantly enhance balance and proportions. A 3D simulation or in-person consultation will help tailor the right combination for your facial structure.

Thanks for the photos and suggested changes you desire. The simplest way to convert the long oval face geometry to a heart shaped face is to enhance the cheeks with injectable filler or fat transfer. You may want to consider buccal fat removal to thin the submalar contours. Also, I suggest a suture loop to shorten your philtral height and enhance the central upper lip as you have shown on the edited photo. Finally, see if the long midface is still a problem when you take portrait photos from at least 10 feet away to eliminate the parallax phenomenon commonly seen on "selfies".

It appears that you have a typical features of young Asian face, mild malar hypoplasia (small cheek bones). This condition can be treated with cheek implants and, to a certain degree, fat grafting. Whether any procedure on the philtrum will be needed to achieve a more balanced face can be determined only on the basis of in person consultation. Hope this helps. Good luck.
