I am really confused what surgery is best for my face? I would like to hear your suggestions before I do any surgery. Cheek implant Chin liposuction Chin implant Or chin liposuction, chin implant , but not cheek implant instead a endoscopic midface, lift temporal lift, and bichectomy

The limited photographs from the side profile demonstrate a recessive, chin and fat deposits in your neck. Placement of a small chin implant will augment your chin forward for better structural support for the soft tissues in your neck. If the fat in your neck is located above the platysma muscle, then liposuction alone will be effective. It appears that some of your fat is located below the plasma muscle, therefore a necklift is required with surgical removal of the fat below the muscle, which also includes a platysma plasty to significantly improved the jaw line.
