Placement of a small chin implant will augment your chin forward for better structural support for the soft tissues in your neck. If the fat in your neck is located above the platysma muscle, then liposuction alone will be effective. It appears that some of your fat is located below the plasma muscle, therefore a necklift is required with surgical removal of the fat below the muscle, which also includes a platysma plasty to significantly improved the jaw line.
