I would also likely recommend a facelift and depending on which form of facelift is done your surgeon might also consider a midfacelift.you still appear to have the volume in your cheeks they just appear to have drooped and you likely just need to reposition the malar fat pad with a midfacelift. Nasolabial folds are not caused by bone deficiency of any kind and for that reason facial implants od an any kind is not going to correct that problem. Current solutions are soft tissue fillers and they seem to be working well except for the cost. Hope this helps.
