I lost a lot of fat and replaced it with a lot of muscle. In the last few months if getting to 13% body fat, I feel like my face has melted! I’m planning on getting lower blepharoplasty. My upper eyelids have looked the way they do since I was 20, so I’m going to leave them alone. For the rest of my face, I’ve had a deep plane facelift suggested, but just had cheek implants suggested. What would be better for my face? Implants - maybe more than just cheek - or a facelift?

It is very likely that cheek augmentation with implants would help to create more harmony in your midface;it is usually done from inside the mouth, so there are no visible outside scars. In person or teleconference consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon familiar with this procedure...
Based on clinical practice 6 months period after implant removal and antibiotic treatment would be sufficient time to consider placement of new implants.
Nasolabial folds are not caused by bone deficiency of any kind and for that reason facial implants od an any kind is not going to correct that problem. Current solutions are soft tissue fillers and they seem to be working well except for the cost. Hope this helps.
