5'9, 150lbs, not sure how to fix my midface? (Photo)

Hello, I am currently 5"9" and around 150 pounds. I know that I have a relatively long midface and a large nose, I know my nose can be fixed with rhinoplasty but I am not sure exactly how to fix my midface or if it's worth investing more in the rhinoplasty.
