Risk of cheek implant removal?

hi, I need my cheek implant removal, I have pain and according to my family doctor, the implant is pressing the nerve. Now, my questions I would like to inquire about are... 1-) Can it be removed without a full anesthesia? Even under hypnosis would be the best OR at least partial anesthesia? 2-) What are the risks of the procedure? Especially afraid of having an asymmetric. END: if you question why I do this, please at least answer my questions I came here for, would be appreciated!! Thanks
