Breast revision, under muscle to over, only switching one - Would it even look right or would I need to have both moved?

Your problem (implant malposition) has nothing to do with being under the pectoralis muscle. Go to a surgeon who can fix your problem and not create a host of new ones by switching the pocket.

It is hard to answer your question without an exam or at least a picture, and to know why you bottomed out on one side. In general, it usually isn't good for symmetry if you have different implant locations on each side. You should talk to your surgeon about the thought process and management of the potential risks associated with having one implant on top of the muscle.
