Can 5-fu (without steroids) reduce chronic chalazions on my eyes?

Hello I have 1 y/o chalazion on my right upper eye, 2 y/o one on lower left eye, and a few years old scar from an old chalazion on my upper left eye. I had before chalazion removal surgeries and I don’t want to put myself under the knife anymore. I was wondering if 5-fu injections alone can help me to restore my almond eye shape I lost because of the old chalazion. I don’t feel comfortable with steroids as I am already struggling with losing fat in the area. Thank you
