Female ,23. I have these really big eyelids and i feel super insecure going out without wearing any mascara or eyeliner because when i do go out without makeup people always ask me if im tired and im not,my eyes just look like this. Is there anything i can do to correct them/ look less tired?

Hello @Reliable329501, thank you for your question. A blefaroplasty procedure is usually undertaken in order to improve the appearance of the eyes, for example by reducing wrinkles or removing excess skin. However, it is important to note that blefaroplasty will not change the form of the eye. I suggest improving the expression of the eyes with non-surgical treatments by raising the eyebrow a little to make the eye look more alive. Hi there.According to the visuals you supplied your eyes look evident and your eyebrows are in a low position. Evident eyes may indicate thyroid problems. First of all you would better consult to an endocrinologist to calirfy if you are thyroids works fine. If everything is fine with it an eyebrow lift surgery may work you to ged rid of tired look.Hope this helps.

Hi. You have a deep superior sulcus on both sides, which is likely genetic, along with some brow/forehead ptosis. Filling in the deep superior sulcus is tricky - can be done with a filler or with fat transplant, but complications (minor or major) are not uncommon. Elevating the forehead without address the superior sulcus hollowing will be a poor choice because it will further emphasize the hollowing of the superior sulci.
