I've been getting tired of these dots under my eyes for a long time. 2-3 single ones popped up when I turned 20, and now I'm approaching 30 and they have definitely appeared more. If it's milia, then treatment shouldn't be difficult. However, I am concerned that it is Syringoma - what in this situation? How do I get rid of it or make it smaller? I'm 29, male.

Thanks for sharing your question and posting your photo. Your eyes look mostly symmetrical although you have mild ptosis. There are several techniques to correct this. Make an appointment with an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for evaluation and guidance. Good luck!
