Hello @provaa, thank you for your question. I suggest you consider an eyebrow pexy to elevate the eyebrow line and that way help to “refresh” the appearance of the eyes and the expression of the eyes does not look sad. If you are considering a brow lift, it is important to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for more information and recommendation . Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS.
You have a high upper eyelid crease, a long eyelid platform, and likely a weak insertion of the lateral canthus. There is also a compensatory eyebrow elevation. This means that your brain is reacting to the eyelids as if you have upper eyelid ptosis. You likely do but it is compensated. We call this latent ptosis. You would benefit from a detailed assessment. In a nutshell, the upper eyelid crease can be lowered, the lateral canthus resent, and the latent ptosis repaired. This will allow the eyebrow to relax and help reestablish an upper eyelid fold. Your eyes can be your best feature.
An upper lid blepharoplasty with a lateral canthopexy should help raise the lateral canthus slightly and reduce pretarsal skin show for a more pleasing overall eyelid aesthetic.
Thanks for the posted photos. I recommend threading with minor temple incisions or a 'Cat Eye" lift. Fee $3,000 ranges. Best to virtual consult....
