30, Female – Combining Arm Lipo/Fat Grafting & Upper Bleph?

Hi everyone, I’m a healthy 30-year-old woman considering subtle facial rejuvenation with long-lasting results rather than repeated fillers. I’m thinking about combining: *1 Arm liposuction *2 Fat grafting to the tear troughs, under-eye/midface transition, possibly the paranasal area, and lips *3 A conservative upper blepharoplasty A few questions: 1. Is AirSculpt a good option for harvesting fat for facial grafting, or is traditional liposuction generally preferred? 2. Is it reasonable to combine these procedures in one surgery? 3.Would facial fat grafting and/or an upper bleph make a facelift 15–20 years from now more difficult?

Lumpiness this old can usually be improved, though "fully removed" is harder to promise since the fat has integrated with the tissue over 18 years. Based on these photos, you have small lips which need augmentation. Most likely that conservative augmentation with filler would create satisfactory result? That should be your first step in my opinion. Good luck.
