Would fat transfer work to shape my lower lip? (Photos)

Looking to get my lower lip enhanced with something permanent or more long term than fillers. First picture is my lips and second one is what I'm looking for. In the second picture I am using my tongue to push the lower lip to roll outwards a little bit. I think the shape looks nicer and it looks a bit more plump. Would something like this be possible to achieve with a fat transfer on the lips? I'm not looking for a big significant change, moreso a more rounded appearance of the lower lip. I understand the results can be unpredictable and my lips are already uneven which can be hard to work with for the surgeon.

Based on these photos, you have small lips which need augmentation. Most likely that conservative augmentation with filler would create satisfactory result? That should be your first step in my opinion. Good luck.

Your German surgeon is reading the anatomy correctly. If your lower lid fat is not herniating, a lower bleph adds risk (lid retraction, scleral show, more hollowing) without giving you the look you want. I do think you might have a little excess fat medialy, which should be excised. Volume to...
