I had sliding genioplasty 2 years ago, 6mm advancement horizontaly. If I talk more than a few minutes, my chin swells and becomes painful, my smile is very different and strange because the incision sight is tight and the soft tissue can’t accomidate the new position. Also, the lip and chin area (right side) are almost completely numb, and I have a very sharp mentolabiol fold. Do I have to live like this? Would reversal put things back to normal?
