Is my chin implant asymmetrical?

Princessy9685
Ok so I had an implant placed and then a revision because of dimpling with my lips closed and asymmetry.. My surgeons solution was to clip off one side to give a more symmetrical look. This didn’t work. I’m now not sure if I am being picky or this is a genuine problem and I should seek a 2nd opinion. Another issue is the extra skin under my chin, never had b4. Btw do the implants lose projection over time due to bone erosion or something?
