Can a chin implant smooth out “orange peel” skin?

Question

I have a habit of clenching my chin constantly which’s has resulted in bumpy muscle tissue. I also am starting to get the “orange peel” skin on the chin area- CO2 mad it worse I tried the infinity as well with no results. Botox will only last about 3 weeks in the chin... I’m looking for something more permanent. I’m in Denver and most just want to push expensive treatments- not a permanent fix. Thank you!

Chin implant will make it worse. Botox and other neurotoxins are only option for orange peel chins.

Everyone wants permanent. In my experience there is no permanent  for that particular problem which is generated by the pull of muscle against the skin.  Botox or dysport helps because it paralyzes the muscle. Lasers and RF will do no good whatsoever and the people suggesting those treatments should know it.
